Purchases of Real Estate/Vacant Land - Maximum loan amount up to 80% of appraised value, with 20% down. Terms of 10 or 12 years available. Rates based upon Credit history. |

Our Mortgage Professionals will guide your through the mortgage process, and help you explore many available options. They can recommend a plan to fit your borrowing needs and income, and answer questions you may have along the way. Make an appointment to visit with our mortgage loan professionals early in your search for a home, and pick up an application package. Here is a list of information that will need to accompany your application:

Completed loan application. (signed, dated & all account numbers and addresses included) |

Copies of last two years federal tax returns with W2’s. (with original signatures) |

If WCDA, copies of last three years federal tax returns with W2’s. (with original signatures) |

Copies of most recent investment account statement. (Mutual funds, stock certificates, CD’s, IRA’s, etc.) |

Copies of pay stubs covering the last 30 day period. |

Copy of homeowners insurance showing company, agent’s name, phone number and policy number. |

If self employed, and the business is a partnership, LLC or corporation we will need copies of the last two years federal tax returns for the business including all applicable schedules. |

If self employed, it may be necessary to provide a year to date profit and loss statement, that must be prepared by an accountant |

If the transaction is a purchase, an original signed and dated purchase offer will is required. |
