Volunteering at the Credit Union can be both an enlightening and rewarding experience! It gives you an opportunity to be involved in the success of the Credit Union and to help make decisions vital to the operations of the Credit Union.

Board Members are asked to attend regular monthly board meetings, the Annual Meeting, and occasional special meetings. The Board consists of 7 directors with staggered election terms and elections are held each year.

Board Members participate in the determination of policies, monitor financial performance, give full attention to problems affecting the Credit Union and vote on all issues proposed.

Supervisory Committee members attend Supervisory meetings and occasional special meetings.

Supervisory Committee members determine if the Credit Union is following policies and give full attention to any problems affecting the Credit Union that come under the commitee's supervision.

Employee Group Ambassadors meet twice a year for a luncheon meeting. These members are the primary contacts with Credit Union employee groups, and assist the Credit Union with distributing membership brochures, promotional material, and signature cards to employees in their workplace or organization.

Ambassador meetings are informal sessions where the Ambassadors learn about new products and services the CU is offering. Members have an opportunity to share ideas and discuss issues that relate to financial matters in their workplace. The Ambassadors also have an opportunity to share with CU staff their anniversary or milestone celebrations, community projects, or growth and success stories.

It would be our pleasure to consider your application to our Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, or Ambassadors. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please don't hesitate to contact us on the member response phone line at 307-633-2946.
